On a machne with a long electric cable it would be sensible to automamtically put a break plug, so that if you accidentally stood on the cable it would not break and you simply plug in the two halves. On this particular occasion, i understood this would be done before our arrival. it wasnt and the machine was taken into their work area and i had no feedback as to when it would become available, hence some annoyance as my wife was sitting waiting outside in hte car. Apart from this occasion, I have found the business satisfactory.
I'd suggest John Miller Machinery to a friend because they provided excellent advice and was very informative. They’re extremely helpful and had a friendly attitude to the treatment of their customers. I would highly recommend them.
